Hi Seamus,

Both Monksfield and Monksfield Park will be taking in charge at the one time as part of the same TIC 
application by the developer.
With Pumping station works(next month or so),Site Resolution Works (over the summer), Works along 
the river  to be carried out afterwards, I don’t see this TIC coming before a MD Meeting  till 2024 .

I would be grateful if you could give me an update on the taking in charge of the following two estates 
for our next Municipal District meeting on the 8th June;
*	Monksfield
*	Monksfield Park
and when do you expect that they will be advertised and brought to the Municipal District meeting for 
taking in charge.
